DANIEL VISSER

MANAGING DIRECTOR, WICKED WITCH SOFTWARE

Daniel Visser is the Managing Director of Wicked Witch Software, a leading Australian games developer. Daniel has been working in games and creative media for over 25 years in a variety of roles. During that time Daniel has worked with small and large teams of technical and creative individuals on hundreds of projects delivering visual and interactive stories, both commercially and independently.

SHANNON TROTTMAN

CREATIVE DIRECTOR, WICKED WITCH SOFTWARE

Shannon has been working as a Graphic Artist, Illustrator, Art Director and Musician in Melbourne for over 25 years. Starting off in Advertising and shifting across to the Computer Games industry a few years later with a fellow friend from high school. Wicked Witch Software has been his main focus as it organically grew into quite a large studio (50+ people) since those early years, with over 100 titles ranging from Gameboy, Mobile, through to Console, VR and ongoing. With a passion for illustration and graphic design still prominent, Shannon still does various work for bands and other clients to help mix up his creativity, as well as a healthy career as a musician in the thriving Melbourne music scene.

PAUL SKINNER

TECHNICAL ART DIRECTOR, WICKED WITCH SOFTWARE

Paul is a passionate artist with over 10 years’ experience in creating 3D graphics for the games industry. He started at the bottom a fresh graduate from university with 6 months work placement under my belt and my skills have developed with the digital age moving from pixel pushing to developing high end realistic products with the use of photogrammetry. The benefit of working at a growing studio (from a small indie to a gaming hub) is I have the opportunity to be involved with all stages of the life cycle of a project and have moved from managing my own goals, to managing the output of others.

 

JEREMY KUPSCH

SENIOR ARTIST, WICKED WITCH SOFTWARE

After graduating from studying Industrial Design I found my first professional employment in the Melbourne computer game industry as an artist and have found employment making art with computers for the last 27 years. Although I have mostly worked in computer games, there have been times where I have created artwork for board games, the mining and transport industries, the racing industry and websites. My passion for creating art has lead me to develop many skills and become proficient in a wide range of tools and software. Never being afraid to learn or try something new has served me well allowing me to enjoy diverse roles on many projects, often at the same time.

 

BRUCE CREEVEY

LEAD ANIMATOR, WICKED WITCH SOFTWARE

Bruce has been involved with CG for over 20 years creating character performance for a variety of delivery platforms. Over that time I have gained experience in feature film, TVCs, childrens’ series and current gen games animation, while also acting in other CG roles as well as production coordination.

 

PETE DALY

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER, WICKED WITCH SOFTWARE

As a business development manager at Wicked Witch Software, Peter’s goal is pushing the studio ever forward towards new prospects of growth. Peter’s prime focus is in working with clients, original IP development, public relations, new business prospects and promoting the company’s identity along with brands.

Additionally to his work with Wicked Witch Software, Peter works across a few entities in VFX, animation and game as an experienced producer in the fields and has a background in CG/VFX as both a working professional and a teacher.
